ON CHOOSING YOUR WAISTCOATS

Waist coats have today become must-haves in every man’s closet. In the past, they were worn only by older gentleman for formal wear. But those days are gone. Now-a-days, these come in attractive appearances; are worn widely by the younger generation too. Indians can buy designer waist coat in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and other big cities of the country.
While you buy waistcoat, ensure that it is long enough to cover your waist. Your dress shirt should not show between your belt and the waistcoat. Also, an ideally fitting waistcoat should lie flat against your body on your shoulders.
When you are wearing your waistcoat with a suit coat, the V-cutting should be sufficiently narrow to expose a part of the suit lapels.
Also pay good attention to the fabric of your waistcoat. It should suit the season. Further, you should be willing to pay more. For the higher the cost, the better the fabric, and hence the better the look it imparts to you. So, take time to understand the fabrics, and their suitability for different seasons, before you make the investment.
Also remember to choose the color wisely. Before you head to buy designer waist coat in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, or Mumbai, make a list of the colors that go well with your complexion. This will help narrow down your choices, and make the best buy.
Waistcoats with dress shirts and a black tie ideally suit formal events. These should not be worn outside of formal events. There are a plethora of options for waistcoats available for wearing in casual occasions. But casual waistcoats can look really silly.
If you are wearing the three piece suit, make sure that your waistcoat matches with your suit. And, don’t forget to wear your tie. For, an open collar on a full three-piece suit looks odd.
